A little bit about me…

I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and have been practising for the over 13 years working with many different concerns including day to day problems, emotional difficulties and historical issues.
I was introduced to therapy in 2006 and knowing first-hand the positive impact therapy had on my life, I decided this was a field I wanted to move into.
As we are all unique, I tailor my approach to your needs integrating my training, knowledge and experience alongside guidance from up-to-date research depending on the difficulty you want to work through in therapy. I will listen to you in confidence and help you find a way to move forward.
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy the leading professional association for members of counselling professions in the UK. I follow the BACP Ethical Framework which ensures that I am providing the best therapeutic support for my clients.
